Directly across from Mimi's (listed under bar food)-- This is a very cool coffee  shop a favorite among the Marigny /Bywater crowd. Flora's has big fat burritos that are made to order just ask them to leave out the cheese (you can substitute w/ hummus )  Also, stuffed grape leaves, salads and a hummus plate.

Below Schiro's Pet Friendly B&B (BalconyGuestHouse.com). Has Indian food and veggie burger.s The grocery has  essentials, beer, wine & liquor. Schiros also has a full bar & laundromat on site. You know you're in New Orleans when you're doing your laundry in a bar.
