Try the Bruschetta Pomodoro for starters or the Uva - a veggie salad that can be made Vegan  -it comes with grapes and pine nuts. Any of the pasta dishes or pizzas can be made Vegan of course and they will add extra veggies to your hearts content. Cassey assures us that the chef is great about mixing and matching and creating dishes and she has a few tricks up her sleeve as well that aren't even on the menu. Enjoy!

Louisiana Pizza Kitchen is  right by the French Market that features pizza baked in a wood burning oven. Whole wheat crust available by request  ; grilled seasoned marked veggies , fresh basil , fresh baby spinach,sun dried tomatoes , black beens , red  and yellow bell peppers are a few of the toppings you have to choose from ,   wraps that can be made Veagn & salads . LPK also features an impressive selection of  Imported and Micro Brewed Beers and Wine by the glass or bottle. There is outdoor seating so LPK is yet another great place hang out  with your puppy in the Quarter , the wait staff will even bring out a bowl of water for the little guy .

This is a great place to sit outside and people watch. I like it because I can bring my dog. They have a great spinach salad and garden burgers, though I always order the chicken wrap minus the chicken with added avocados and tomatoes. It is really good, comes with spicy peanut sauce, and it would really screw with them if other people started ordering the exact same dish!

Mediterranean Food. I'm hooked on the falafel wraps and stuffed grape leaves. The service is quick and you can't beat the prices.

Chinese & Vietnamese food. The tofu avocado spring rolls and tofu avocado vermicelli bowls are delicious and reasonably priced.

Pho Tau Bay has a special place in my heart. I ate at this restaurant at least once a week when it was on Tulane before the Storm. Sigh ....It's the best Vietnamese restaurant in New Orleans in my opinion.

This is a quant little deli on Royal street which features Oatmeal served with brown sugar and fruit for you early risers , potatoes and toast .  And for lunch , red pepper hummus w /peta ,celery & carrot sticks , homemade guacamole & salsa  and  a wide variety of salads that can be veganized --I know it's sad when you have to veganize a salad but they'll do it for you , Also a veggie sandwich w/ broccoli , carrots , cucumbers , lettuce , tomato & avocado  & mushrooms just have them hold the cheese or a peanut butter and banana sandwich  w/ or w/o honey for $4.
