What vegan hair products should I use?

I am a vegan and I recently dicivered that Rusk Sensories(R) along with many beauty products aren’t vegan. they usually contain milk and/or honey! My looks aren’t worth messing up the quality of life of another being. What should I do?!

Try Samy or the Giovanni(?) shampoo

What food products should vegetarian’s avoid?

I became a vegetarian a few months ago, and I’m just wondering what kind of products I should avoid consuming as one. I already avoid meat and anything with gelatin.
If you could please tell me the name of the product, and then briefly what sort of things use that, it would be really helpful. Thanks! :)

This is a great source for figuring out hidden animal ingredients, and products. It names the product, gives a description, and some of its common uses. It’s nicely organized, so it will be easier to look at it, then my rendition typed on Y!A.

Common non-vegetarian additives/foods: http://www.cyberparent.com/eat/hiddenanimalsinfood.htm

A good rule of thumb is to buy foods with only a few, real ingredients. (Look for ingredients that you can picture in their raw form–(ie: flour, water, apple, oats, soy etc.) I have a hard time imagining a red dye # 5 tree, or a partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil bush.

I hope this helps you! :D
